I am born in Thane District of Maharashtra-India.Currently I am living happily in Pune,Maharashtra-India with my parents.
Changes in the industry
QA/Testing industry changed a lot over the years.People now in era of Automated Testing than older Manual Testing,Lot of challenging work is offered and due to Automation there is high demand for knwoledge of Scripting/Coding which is additional flavour in this industry.So QA is now in mainstream.
A Fine Balance:
Beside 8-10 Office Working hours,2 Hours I spend with family,Watch TV,3 Hours in late evening I spend on Evangalism of MS Technologies which includes Blogging,Forums,ConfCalls,Emails etc. 1/2 Hour Morning Walk and 1/2 Hour XBOX Kinect Gaming, Since I do all above with passion its very much balanced
Most Important Decisions
After Gradution in Science with Electronics,Enrolling to Master of Computer Management was important decision.So with that I kept myself flexible for various Technical and Non Technical Challenges and able to enjoy both Technical and Management types of work which is now helping me a lot in my work
Areas for the Future
Beside pure QA/Testing or Manual Testing, Good hands on Automated Testing Tools,Good command over Scripting/languages. Knowledge of QA Processes and Practices and overall ALM (App Lifecycle Management) with some good certification matters a lot ! It will surely take that person to next best level !
Most Important Lessons
Take extra efforts on your Communication,it matters a lot.Do things on time,Keep learning new things, Upgrade your skills as and when required Read what is correct and authentic,Try your best to implement things in reality which you learn.Do not become rigid,Be flexible and Social too.
The Journey So Far
Journey so far is amazing ! Not always straight,it took me on twists and turns,Few moments were like on tip of high cliff but I manage to pass all troubles smoothly just by Hardwork,Honesty and Passion towards the things I do let it be my Office Work or Normal Life or Life as a Community Contributor

My Parents at very first Place ! followed by my Teachers and friends at College,Office and Microsoft Community who also keeps doing amazing things which motivates me to do more good things,Even they do give challenges to me as well to test what I can do best out of.I learn a lot from them.

I am working as Senior Programmer for Microsoft.NET & BI at IBM India Pvt. Ltd. Beside this, I am Microsoft Most Valuable Professional from last couple of years and also First Silverlight MVP n South Asia.I also look after Microsoft Community activities in Pune as one of the User Group Lead.
